Terms and Conditions

1. Although every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the Itinerary, please note that last-minute changes may occur due to factors out of our control. Including, but not limited to, weather conditions, accidents, dangerous wild animal movements, and road closures.
2. All daily riding distances and times are a guideline and may be changed as and when deemed necessary by the tour leaders.
3. All drinks and meals not included in the tour package are for the guests’ own account. It is the Guests’ responsibility to ensure he/she is fully prepared and informed of this. 
4. Motorcycle fuel and border third-party and driving permits are for guests’ own accounts.
5. All and any optional extra activities not included in the itinerary are for the guests’ own account.
6. Motorcycle hire costs are included in the Tour, however, the security deposit for the rental bike, is also not included and will need to be paid to the motorcycle rental company when collecting the rental motorcycles. This deposit will be refunded by the motorcycle rental company at the end of the tour, provided there is no damage or loss of rental motorcycles. A full inspection and handover of each motorcycle will be completed at the handovers of the rental motorcycles, at the start and end of the tour. Guests will be liable for any damages incurred to the motorcycle that will be deducted from the security deposits. A contract between the rider and the motorcycle rental company will be signed when renting the motorcycles, detailing the full terms and conditions of the rental.
7. Gratuities for Lodge Staff and Game Rangers at the various lodges on the trip are entirely optional and are at the guests’ discretion, based on the quality of service experienced.
8. The tour requires a minimum of 6 guests to book to proceed.
9. Accommodation is subject to availability at the Lodges on the required dates.
